My visit was awesome. There was no wait and I was greeted with the nicest most professional staff. Errin the receptionist was so pleasant and nice she made my 13 month old smile and laugh even though he wasn’t feeling the best, and Tiffany the nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing she was great with my kiddo and did a good job at explains everything and what she was diagnosing him with. Best clinic around
I’m giving five star only for the staff. Hobby look really poor they almost almost broke it doesn’t even feel safe to sit on those chairs I feel like I walk in the jail and own this urgent care they absolutely don’t care about customer service. I guess they spend money on their own millions and million dollars houses and people pay the bills and they don’t even have a safe chair to sit there. It’s a really sad. I will definitely not go back there. I’m gonna go in the Columbia Illinois. It’s a beautiful urgent care.

This is by far the best Urgent care I have ever been to. They were friendly and quick. I had bronchitis and had gone to another place days before that did not really help me. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a prescription to get me on the road to recovery!

Went in on 12/12 for a strep test, no one was waiting, quick service. In and out in 20 min. The ladies up front were super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Will visit when we need an Urgent care again.
They were able to get my son is right away. He had a sore throat brought him in for a strep test. They tested him right away and confirmed he had it. Sent prescription in to pharmacy. We were in and out with medication in 15min.
First time using this Urgent Care. Exceptional service. Highly recommend should you have a medical situation. The PA was awesome, very personable and kind. All the staff made being there not so bad. Give them a try if. The Urgent care in Columbia told me it would be a 40 minute wait therefore I decided to try the next closest location. I did not call them, just showed up. There was only one other patient there. Great staff!! Thank you, Meghann F.
Errin checked me in and was very pleasant and helpful. Anita brought me back and was nice and made me feel comfortable & Devin saw me and was very helpful and pleasant.
